Our Process
1. Choose a Product
Browse our product look book to see if any of the products showcased catch your eye. Not finding what you’re looking for? We have access to endless selections so if there is something specific that you’re looking for or if you’d like additional options, please let us know. We’d be happy to put together some options for you.
2. Determine the Quantity & Budget
Once you’ve chosen a product, determine the quantity that you need and the approximate budget you’d like to spend.
3. Get a Free Quote
We understand that this is a financial investment, that is why we always offer free quotes. Complete our Quote Form, supply your logo and we are happy to provide you with a free quote including a timeline, shipping charges (if any), as well as alternative options if needed. Please note that we try to accommodate tight timelines, however typical production time is 2-3 weeks to complete an order from the time you approve the order confirmation.
4. Place Your Order
Once you have decided what you want, you will place your order, letting us know all of the details of your order. Sizes, Quanity, Colors etc. and we will send you an official Order Confirmation outlining all of the information as well as total price, shipping details etc. At this time we require a 50% deposit to begin working on your order. That amount will also be outlined on the Order Confirmation.
5. Approve Order Confirmation and Send Deposit
The quickest and best way to send your deposit is to send an e-transfer to amber@29north.ca. This is our preferred method of payment however we do accept cash/cheque, credit card & debit card. Please note we cannot start your order until 50% deposit is received. All orders are final and non-refundable.

Your order is complete! At this point you will be invoiced for the remainder of your order and we’ll discuss delivery/pickup. Enjoy your branded merch!
